With Payment Service Network, you can pay by having your rent or condominium fees debited directly from your checking account. You can set your payments to re-occur monthly or just one time.
How It Works
You will be asked to enter your check and address the payment is to be credit to. There is a small fee for making your check payment through PSN. Birwood LLC d/b/a The Sprague Company does not receive any monies from this fee. We are simply offering this service to our tenants and condominium owners as a convenience to them. You are more than welcome to continue to mail or drop your payments off to our office. Click below on Pay Now and follow the instructions. The service fee to make your payment by check is $1.50 for any amount paid per transaction. All service fees go to Payment Service Network.
